Bill Meyers

Playground Consultant

Although Bill is new to the L&A office in 2018, he is a familiar face among the team. Bill was first introduced to Leathers as a Construction Captain for the 1996 build of Bryant Park Playground in Lake Worth, Florida. He enjoyed his time on the build so much that he returned in 2000 and 2010 as a volunteer for two more local Florida builds. Bill has now joined the Leathers team officially, working out of our Florida office.

Bill’s background as a Systems Analyst is already proving to be an integral role in streamlining and organizing all things Leathers. After a career in Information Technology, Bill came to Leathers with skills in computer infrastructure, data optimization and organization and management. He also has experience in spearheading construction projects after building his own home here in sunny South Florida. Leathers and Associates is excited to have Bill on board ready to put these skills to work in project management, second generation projects, design and data organization. He will also be back to his roots participating in community builds!

Of course, Bill is more than just brains. As a native Floridian, he prides himself of being an outdoorsman. He enjoys spending time on the bike trails and with his family in his down time. He served as the President of the Johnathan Dickenson State Park Mountain Bike Club for over ten years and now contributes his time as a member of the Valor Sports Club, helping to organize and manage sporting events to support local charities and non-profits.
