Bill was first introduced to Leathers & Associates as a Construction Captain during the 1996 build of Bryant Park Playground in Lake Worth, Florida. The experience left such an impression on him that he returned as a volunteer for two more local Florida builds in 2000 and 2010. In 2017, Bill officially joined the Leathers & Associates team, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a passion for community-driven projects.

With a 30-year career as an IT Systems Analyst, Bill's expertise in computer infrastructure, data optimization, and organizational management has quickly become invaluable in streamlining and enhancing operations at Leathers. His skills are instrumental in project management, design, and data organization, as well as in the development of second-generation projects. Additionally, Bill's hands-on experience in construction—having built his own home in South Florida—allows him to seamlessly transition back to his roots, participating in community builds.

As a native Floridian, Bill takes pride in being an outdoorsman. He enjoys biking on trails, paddling on the water, skiing, and traveling. His love for the outdoors and commitment to his community make him a perfect fit for Leathers & Associates, where he continues to make a positive impact.
