Melissa is L&A’s resident bookkeeper and self-proclaimed problem solver — tackling challenges for fun and fueled by coffee (and an alarming number of spreadsheets). With over seven years of experience as an Office Manager, she brings energy, humor, and a can-do attitude to everything she does.

Her background spans industries from construction to nonprofit work with vulnerable populations, giving her a broad understanding of what makes teams and communities thrive. Known for her positive attitude, attention to detail, and solution-based mindset, Melissa helps keep projects — and people — moving forward.

When she’s not keeping the numbers in check, Melissa and her son are “Playground Roadies,” exploring new parks and soaking up the outdoors. She’s also an avid history lover with a fascination for old cemeteries — the kind of person who can happily spend a sunny afternoon wandering through stories etched in stone. Add in her collection of maps and coffee mugs, and you’ve got a perfect blend of curiosity, caffeine, and character.
